Who is responsible for your information

Information we process

Order and delivery information. We process information supplied for a purchase, such as name, email address, delivery address, telephone number if provided, ordered products, size and color selections, price, currency, order identifiers, shipment status, tracking information, and payment status.

Payment information. PayPal processes payment credentials through its own service. We receive the transaction identifiers, payer and payment status information, and other details PayPal makes available to complete, reconcile, refund, secure, and support an order. We do not receive or store a customer’s full card credentials.

Communications. We process messages, attachments, return details, and other information you provide when requesting customer care or exercising a legal right.

Website and device information. Our hosting and security services may process IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referrer, diagnostic logs, and security signals. We also store your optional analytics choice in browser local storage. If you allow analytics, our own measurement stores random anonymous visitor and visit identifiers, a broad traffic-source category, device category, page type, product identifier, and shopping events.

Why we use information

We use the minimum information reasonably needed to operate the store: to present products; create, take payment for, dispatch, track, return, refund, and support orders; communicate about a purchase; prevent fraud and protect the website; maintain business, tax, and transaction records; comply with law and lawful requests; establish or defend legal claims; and improve the shopping experience with consent where required.

Depending on the law that applies, processing is based on steps requested before a contract and performance of the purchase contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent, protection of rights and security, or legitimate business interests that are not overridden by individual rights. Where processing relies on consent, it can be withdrawn for future use.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose only information reasonably needed to providers supporting the store, including website hosting and security services, PayPal for payment processing, Yanwen and destination delivery partners for tracked fulfillment, and professional or technical advisers when necessary. Providers may use information under their own notices where they act independently, or under our instructions where they process it for us.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect customers or the store, investigate fraud or abuse, or support a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money.

Optional analytics and marketing tags

If you choose “Allow analytics,” our first-party measurement records anonymous page, product, bag, and completed-order events so the seller can see aggregate visit trends, broad source categories, popular pages and products, and conversion. Random identifiers are converted to keyed, irreversible hashes before storage. We do not store the visitor’s IP address, raw user agent, full referrer, full URL query, UTM text, or customer contact or delivery details in this analytics table. Completed-order value is accepted only after the server verifies the corresponding paid order; the order number itself is not stored in the analytics table.

We ask before loading Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, or Pinterest Tag. If you choose “Allow analytics,” these providers may receive page and product views, exact product variant identifiers, size and color selections, additions to the shopping bag, completed-order value and quantity, currency, an order identifier, page URL and referrer, device and browser information, IP-derived information, and their cookie identifiers. Purchase events are sent only after PayPal reports that payment is completed.

Our implementation does not send these tags your email address, telephone number, delivery address, payment credentials, or other checkout contact details. We do not enable Meta advanced matching, Pinterest enhanced match, Google advertising signals, or Google advertising personalization. Choosing “Decline” prevents first-party measurement and all three tags from loading. You can select the floating “Privacy choices” control at any time to change the choice. If you withdraw after previously allowing analytics, the page reloads to stop future tracking and removes our anonymous analytics identifiers and attempts to remove related first-party cookies set on our domain.

Google, Meta, and Pinterest act under their own privacy terms when they receive tag data. In some jurisdictions, consented advertising or analytics disclosures may be described as “sharing” or a “sale” even when no money changes hands. Declining or withdrawing analytics is the way to opt out of this disclosure on our site.

International transfers

The seller operates in China and serves customers internationally. Information may therefore be processed in China and in countries where PayPal, Yanwen, destination carriers, hosting, security, or consented analytics providers operate. Privacy laws and protections may differ between countries. We use legally required notices, contractual controls, consent, or other recognized safeguards when applicable to a transfer.

How long we keep information

First-party anonymous analytics events are retained for no more than 90 days. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future collection and removes the browser-side anonymous identifiers; previously aggregated or irreversibly hashed events remain only until their retention period expires.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including fulfillment and customer care, the three-month return period, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, legal claims, and accounting, tax, consumer-protection, or other legal requirements. Retention length varies by the record and applicable law. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required, unless continued retention is legally permitted or required.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe information associated with an order or communication has been compromised.

Children’s privacy

Our products are children’s clothing, but the store and checkout are intended for adults. We do not knowingly request that a child submit an order or personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information may contact us to request review and deletion, subject to legal retention duties.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know about and access personal information, obtain a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, request portability, or complain to a competent privacy authority. You may also have a right not to be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
