Wink & Weave is operated by 广州多来米网络科技有限公司 (English translation for reference: Guangzhou Duolaimi Network Technology Co., Ltd.), the legal seller and PayPal Business account holder. Its operating address is Room 411, No. 2 Huitong 2nd Street, Hengli Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China (广州市南沙区横沥镇汇通二街2号411房).

Who may place an order

The website and checkout are intended for adults who can enter a binding purchase contract. Our products may be made for children, but an adult must provide the order, payment, and delivery information. By ordering, you confirm that the information submitted is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected PayPal account or funding method.

Products, sizing, and availability

We aim to describe each product, color, size, material, and image accurately. Screen settings and photography may affect how colors appear. Height-based size guidance is informational and does not guarantee an identical fit for every child.

Products shown as in stock remain subject to confirmation when the order is processed. We may set reasonable quantity limits or decline an order where stock is unavailable, the destination cannot be served, or fulfillment would violate law or carrier restrictions.

Prices and taxes

Store prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). The seller bears free standard shipping charges and applicable duties, import taxes, and sales taxes for accepted orders, as described in our Shipping Policy. Customers are not expected to pay an additional standard shipping, duty, import-tax, or sales-tax charge.

We may correct an obvious typographical, technical, or pricing error before accepting an order. If payment has already been captured for an order we cannot honor, we will cancel it and refund the original payment method.

Order and contract formation

Adding an item to the bag or starting PayPal checkout does not reserve stock or create an accepted order. An order is accepted only when PayPal confirms completed payment and we issue an order confirmation. A pending, declined, reversed, or failed payment is not a completed purchase.

We may cancel before dispatch for unavailable stock, an obvious price or listing error, suspected fraud, incomplete or undeliverable address information, destination restrictions, a payment reversal, or another legal or operational reason that prevents fulfillment. When we cancel a paid order, we return the payment to its original payment method.

Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal’s own terms and privacy notice govern its payment service. We do not receive a customer’s full card credentials. Any currency conversion, funding-source, or account term imposed independently by PayPal or the customer’s financial institution is governed by that provider.

Shipping and delivery

Orders normally require 2–3 days to prepare, followed by an estimated 7–14-day delivery window after dispatch. Yanwen provides tracked delivery. Worldwide service is available only where carrier coverage, PayPal, trade restrictions, and applicable law permit. Full details, including delays, address changes, unexpected charges, and parcel issues, are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

You may request a return within three months after delivery. There are no product-category or final-sale exclusions under our policy, the seller pays reasonable tracked return shipping, and a refund is initiated after the return is received. Exchanges depend on current availability. The process is explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or replaces a warranty, cancellation right, remedy for non-conforming goods, refund right, privacy right, or other consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived where you live. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory right, the mandatory right controls to the extent of the conflict.

Website and intellectual property

The Wink & Weave brand, original text, graphics, layout, product presentation, and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and may save order records. You may not scrape the site, interfere with its security or operation, misuse another person’s information, copy or exploit protected content commercially, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for an indirect or unforeseeable loss that was not reasonably contemplated when the order was accepted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited. Our responsibility for products, refunds, and delivery remains subject to all mandatory consumer remedies.

Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for a delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, public emergency, government action, customs interruption, or communications failure. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, communicate a material delay, and provide any cancellation or refund right required by applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

For a transaction with a customer in the United States, applicable United States federal law governs to the extent it applies, and any applicable state law will be determined under the relevant conflict-of-laws rules. No particular U.S. state law or exclusive forum is selected by these Terms. For customers elsewhere, applicable law and forum are determined under mandatory consumer-protection and conflict-of-laws rules.

This clause does not deprive a customer of mandatory protections available in the country or region where the customer habitually resides. Before bringing a formal claim, please contact 18927585207@163.com so we can try to resolve the issue. You may still use a court, regulator, payment-provider process, or other dispute route available under applicable law.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively. The Terms shown when an order is placed continue to govern that order unless a later change is required by law or agreed with the customer. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
